A combination distance study and resident courses leading to either an entry-level doctor of physical therapy, an entry-level master of occupational therapy, master of orthopedic physician assistant, a transitional doctor of physical therapy degree, a transitional doctor of occupational therapy, Doctor of Health Science or a Doctor of Education degree. All degree programs require applicants to have a Bachelor's degree, the Doctor of Health Science and the Doctor of Education requires a Master's degree or clinical doctorate.
