"Only 9 individuals in history have received this distinctive honor, and Mr. Lambert is the first person who was not a State official to be named a Lifetime NASASPS Member," Ware said. "The award of this honor reflects the wonderful working relationship and cooperation between DETC and NASASPS during the past four decades."
