The 2012 Council of College and Military Educators Symposium was held February 13-17 at the at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld hotel Orlando, Florida. The theme of this year’s meeting was “Salute to Possibilities: Paving the Way for Our Military Community."
More than 1000 people attended the Symposium, and eleven DETC accredited institutions were among the Symposium’s exhibitors (see photos below!). Seveal DETC institutions were on the program, and two DETC institutions are represented on CCME's Board: Louis Schilt (Executive Officer), Sessions College for Professional Design; and Jeffrey P. Cropsey (Chair, Public Affairs), Grantham University. Presentations from the Symposium’s general and concurrent sessions will be available soon on the the CCME Web site.
The 2013 CCME Symposium is scheduled to take place February 25-28, 2013, at the Hilton San Diego Bay in San Diego, CA.
