Dr. Kathryn Dodge has campus-based experience in addition to a decade of policy experience as executive director of the New Hampshire Postsecondary Education Commission (now the N.H. Higher Education Commission), a coordinating state agency with regulatory and fiscal responsibilities. She also understands business due to spending a few years in publishing.
Alison Griffin has over ten years of professional experience in higher education policy ranging from work on a university campus, to the U.S. House of Representatives, to the private sector. Ms. Griffin is currently a higher education policy and government relations consultant, working in Denver, CO.
Elise Scanlon is a principal in the Washington, DC based Elise Scanlon Law Group, advising institutions of higher education on policy, regulatory and operational matters. Ms. Scanlon also counsels non-profit organizations including accrediting agencies and associations on matters pertaining to higher education policy, governance, management and strategic planning. She has served as counsel on the Education Team in the Government and Regulatory Affairs Group of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, and serves as DETC's Legal Counsel.
