What practices and approaches do prospective students find most compelling when choosing among potential schools? EducationDynamics’ "Prospective Student Enrollment Process Research"—the most comprehensive study of online higher education prospective students to date—was undertaken to determine student preferences and from those preferences help schools build effective response processes. In this presentation, Andrew Gansler will identify emerging preferences of online learners during the enrollment process; share practical best practices for effective communication with prospective students that result in increased yield; and provide examples of effective enrollment management tactics in practice.
