Start the Fall Workshop by celebrating street food from across the country with a Street Food Festival! Enjoy street food from six cities across the Country, without leaving Tennessee!

Los Angeles:
Stir Fry Shrimp with Vegetables and Pad Thai Noodles
Vietnamese Banh Mi (Pork, Pickled Carrot, Cucumber, Cilantro, and Mayonnaise)

Miami:
Pressed Cuban Sandwich; Jerk Chicken and Mango Chutney on Sliced Bread

New Orleans:
Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya; Shrimp and Jalapeño Po Boys

New York City:
Mini-Reuben Sandwiches; New-York Style Pizza; Hot Pretzels; Roasted Nuts

Philadelphia:
Philly Cheese-Steak Sandwich; Sausage and Pepper Sandwich

San Diego:
Fresh Fruit sprinkled with Salt, Chile Powder and Fresh Lime Juice; Mahi-Mahi Fish Tacos

And don't forget a visit to the dessert tent!

Dessert:
Waffle Pieces with Raspberry, Caramel and Chocolate Dipping Sauces; Mango Sticky Rice Pudding; Churros; Ice Cream Sandwiches; Snow Cones
