Mr. Greg Olson has more than 17 years experience working with assessments and organizational surveys. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Luther College, and earned his Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Employed by the Wonderlic Corporation since 1997, Greg currently manages the relationships and implementation of solutions for Wonderlic’s national education accounts. During his tenure he has held numerous positions, including: Director of Survey Systems, Regional Sales Manager, Director of Employment Technology Implementation, and Director of Customer Service and Training. His expertise includes organizational consulting, business development, and program implementation. Greg was instrumental in the development and marketing of Wonderlic Survey products including both Education (Instructor Evaluations, Student Opinion, Graduate, and Employer), and Employee (Employee Opinion, Customer Satisfaction, New Hire, Exit Interview, Multi-Source Feedback) Surveys.
